Under multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2,000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35,000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, savory snacks, and doughs by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized, visually appealing, and properly packaged according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols; additionally, serve and sell to customers, offering products and clarifying doubts in accordance with rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE CARRIED OUT Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized customer service at the counter; when necessary, advise customers on product types and derivatives, prepare, package, weigh, and deliver items to customers; Contribute to the production of various products (related to the bakery’s product mix) by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging items, adhering to production schedules and protocols, rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established goals; Enhance customer service efficiency by continuously restocking display counters and ensuring correct pricing in compliance with predefined rules and standards; Boost sector sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and effective customer relationship management; Help reduce losses by organizing displays correctly according to FIFO (First Expired, First Out) principles and producing quantities as scheduled, following production protocols and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and displayed prices, performing daily checks and removing products with damaged packaging, expired items, or lacking identification; Assist in receiving and transporting products, as well as preparing and storing them in appropriate locations; Support inventory counts for stock assessments, controls, and audits; Maintain sector organization and cleanliness, as well as equipment and utensils, by carrying out daily hygiene procedures and requesting equipment adjustments or maintenance when necessary; Process customer payments at the bakery cash register when required; Support integration and orientation of new employees whenever necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed Elementary School Up-to-date Vaccination Record **Additional Information:** 100% On-site Position **Work Location:** Rua Dr Pedro Zimmermann, 7155, Itoupava Central – Blumenau, SC **Working Hours:** 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM (1-hour break) Sunday Work Allowance **Benefits:** Attendance Bonus Transportation Voucher Childcare Assistance Rede TOP Store Shopping Agreement Life Insurance Health Plan Dental Plan Cafeteria with Snack/Coffee Disciplinary Evaluation Professional Advancement
