**Opportunity to work for a market research company in Ingleses:** What you will do: * Listen to audio recordings of interactions between salespeople and mystery shoppers (researchers); * Produce detailed narratives based on listening to these audio recordings; * Review and correct possible errors in the research checklists; * Analyze mandatory attachments included in the research; * Communicate with mystery shoppers to clarify doubts and/or provide instructions; * Develop research manuals; * Conduct telephone surveys. Requirements: * Customer service/analysis/support experience; Experience in research or audits is a plus.
