Preparing and submitting ancillary tax obligations An accounting firm is hiring an Accounting Assistant in Garanhuns. **What will you do in this role?:** Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Perform accounting entries in the company's system, ensuring correct classification and recording of financial transactions. Assist in account reconciliations, verifying whether accounting balances match financial movements. Prepare and submit ancillary tax obligations, such as tax declarations and reports for regulatory agencies. Assist in managing inventory and company assets by recording and updating necessary information. Collaborate in preparing management reports, providing relevant accounting information for decision-making. Provide support in organizing and archiving accounting documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Participate in internal and external audits by providing requested information and documents.
