Operation across various operational areas, such as platforms and parking A company managing and operating mobility infrastructure seeks a CCO Operator in Recife (Center). **Responsibilities:** Will work at the CORE of Nova Mobi PE. Monitor passenger flow within the Terminal premises using an automated image system with fixed and mobile cameras, and monitor bus flow inside and around the Terminal. Provide field operation support via intercoms by delivering information on operational routines and activating responsible departments—such as security, operations, and cleaning—in case of any anomalies. Participate in the implementation and maintenance of the control system; safeguard and ensure confidentiality of digitized records per established retention periods; and issue public announcements as needed. Monitor fire alarm indicators, escalators, elevators, and other equipment via the control panel; answer internal and external phone calls when required. Perform, upon request, baggage storage attendant and information desk duties; guide users regarding boarding and alighting; and operate across various operational areas—including platforms, lanes, entry/exit booths, and parking. Occasionally control bus entry and circulation, observing scheduled times and appropriate platform usage. High school diploma required.
