Description

Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing and qualifying welding procedures, monitoring welding execution and related documentation, and ensuring compliance with technical standards. Key Highlights: 1. Welding procedure management and qualification 2. Monitoring of welding execution and documentation 3. Ensuring compliance with technical standards * Perform procedures and other activities in accordance with responsibilities defined in ABNT\-14842 and PETROBRAS N\-1737; * Arrange for and monitor welder qualification; register welder qualification records in the SIS system; * Prepare or request IEIS (Inspection Execution Instructions) for Contract scope execution; * Qualify welding procedures not available in PETROBRAS but required for Contract scope execution; * Monitor welding repair execution to ensure that WPSs (Welding Procedure Specifications) and CQ (Controlled Quality) tests are correctly and fully applied per IEISs; * Monitor and record welder performance; prepare a welded joint control chart; * Manage all welding-related documentation Requirements:* Certification compliant with ABNT NBR 14842\. * Valid certification registration with SNQC\-FBTS * Professional experience Must hold certifications: AWS D1\.1 B 31\.3 B31\.1 ASME VIII
