We are looking for an **IT Supervisor** to lead the technology team, ensuring the availability, security, and efficiency of systems and IT infrastructure, as well as supporting the evolution of business processes and solutions. **Responsibilities and duties** * Supervise and lead the Information Technology team * Ensure the availability, security, and performance of the IT infrastructure * Manage the Data Center environment, virtualization, and structured cabling * Administer and provide support for Office 365 / Microsoft 365 * Coordinate and monitor ERP systems (SAP and TOTVS) * Ensure the integrity and security of databases and information * Implement and monitor Information Security policies * Structure, standardize, and improve IT processes aligned with best practices * Apply ITIL and COBIT frameworks to ensure service governance and quality * Support continuous improvement and technological innovation projects **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields * Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Supervisor or IT Team Leader * Knowledge of Data Center infrastructure, virtualization, and databases * Experience with Office 365, SAP ERP, and TOTVS ERP * Knowledge of Information Security and structured cabling * Experience in structuring IT processes * Familiarity with ITIL and COBIT * Leadership profile with strong interpersonal skills * Initiative, proactivity, and a strong sense of responsibility **Additional information** Benefits * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Health and dental insurance * Wellhub
