Job Summary: We are seeking an Import Analyst to manage and optimize international procurement processes, ensuring logistical efficiency and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Supplier negotiation and compliance assurance We are looking for an **Import Analyst** to oversee and optimize international procurement processes, ensuring logistical efficiency, regulatory compliance, and favorable commercial terms. This professional will play a key role in managing import operations—from supplier negotiation through to final goods delivery. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and monitor the entire import process—from initial contact with international suppliers to final delivery in Brazil; * Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable commercial terms, quality, and delivery timelines; * Control and review customs documentation, ensuring compliance with current legislation; * Coordinate activities with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers; * Monitor deadlines, inventory flow, and ensure operational continuity; * Obtain international freight quotations and monitor the logistics process; * Collaborate with the finance department to verify invoices, bills, and international payments. Work Location Boa Viagem, Recife. 100% on-site. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Experience in import processes and international logistics; * Knowledge of customs regulations (Siscomex, Incoterms, Radar, and taxation); * Intermediate/advanced English (conversational) for supplier negotiations; * Advanced Excel skills; * Experience in international negotiations and supplier management. * Experience with ERP systems or projects, and hands-on experience in foreign trade operations, will be considered as advantages. **Additional Information** Benefits * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Health and dental insurance * Wellhub * Discounts at educational and leisure institutions.
