




Job Summary: An HR professional to lead comprehensive recruitment processes, support DHO initiatives and strategic HR projects, reinforcing organizational culture. Key Highlights: 1. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes and high-volume hiring. 2. Support DHO initiatives, climate surveys, and employee engagement projects. 3. Engage in internal marketing and support strategic HR projects. **Responsibilities**: * Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (job profile alignment, job posting, screening, onboarding, and closing); * Execute high-volume hiring with accuracy and speed, especially for operational areas; * Create and update segmented talent pools for various job profiles; * Apply behavioral mapping tools and support decision-making based on R\&S metrics; * Verify and organize onboarding documents according to legal and internal requirements; * Conduct humanized and strategic onboarding, ensuring integration into the organizational culture; * Support and/or lead DHO initiatives, such as climate surveys, internal campaigns, training programs, and engagement projects; * Engage in internal marketing, strengthening internal communication and people appreciation initiatives; * Support strategic HR projects aligned with company culture and pillars. **Requirements**: * Experience in Recruitment \& Selection; * Prior experience in consulting firms or outsourcing service companies is desirable; * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources; * Must reside in or have easy access to Boa Viagem (PE) **Salary**: R$1\.800 \+ meal allowance of R$ 21.50 (per workday) \+ transportation allowance \+ health insurance with 50% cost-sharing by the company.
