




**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 12x36 shift, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT labor code Greet and check in guests; Answer incoming calls; Handle reservations, pre-reservations, and cancellations. Perform check-in and check-out procedures. Process payments and billing; Handle issues such as overbooking and others. **Requirements:** High school diploma; customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
