In this role, you will be responsible for promoting students’ personal and academic development, facilitating interaction, mediating conflicts, and supporting the creation of a more positive learning environment.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**What you will do:**
* Promote students’ socioemotional development, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive school environment;
* Collaborate with teachers and school leadership to resolve behavioral issues and support students’ well-being;
* Conduct individual or group sessions with students and/or families to help mediate conflicts and foster dialogue;
* Identify specific needs and, when necessary, refer students to external psychological or social support services;
* Participate in pedagogical meetings, contributing strategies to improve the school climate and interpersonal relationships.

**REQUIREMENTS**
**What you need to have:**
* Degree in Educational Guidance, Psychopedagogy, Psychology, or related fields;
* Ability to mediate conflicts and build trusting relationships with students, families, and teaching staff;
* Clear and empathetic communication skills;
* Prior experience in educational guidance or similar roles.
**It would be a plus if you have:**
* Postgraduate qualification or specialization in areas related to educational guidance or socioemotional development.
