Identify class needs and organize learning activities. Assess, record, and provide feedback on student performance. Collaborate with the school team, families, and school administration. Participate in meetings, pedagogical projects, and ongoing professional development. Maintain pedagogical records and comply with directives from school leadership. Provide individualized guidance and monitor behavioral aspects, reporting potential risk situations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Performing Arts, Theater, or related fields Experience in theatrical performance or production
