**Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy or related fields. **Experience:** * 6 months in the role. **Behavioral Skills:** * Communication; * Leadership and people development; * Planning; * Strategic vision. **Technical Skills:** * Educational Legislation: LDBEN, BNCC, Inclusion, Resolutions and Opinions; * Teaching Planning Processes, Learning Assessment, Educommunication and related processes. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate teaching and learning processes in accordance with RSB-Schools Curriculum, Strategic Planning, and Pastoral Pedagogical Political Project, ensuring educational quality excellence; * Guide and support teaching staff regarding their continuing education, development of Teaching Plans, and implementation of active methodologies, analyzing results achieved and building strategies for students' holistic development; * Plan and organize class operational structure, workload, and teaching staff activities, ensuring organizational efficiency; * Stay informed about student outcomes, evaluate teacher performance, adopted methods, and redirect actions, among other duties relevant to the position. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday.
