In this leadership role, you are an internal technical expert at the line level who ensures that the line team operates at a level that sustains and improves business results across one or more 6-Star models. You model priority setting, manage the Plan-Do-Check-Adjust cycle, and provide instruction and training to your team.
**How You Will Contribute**
Without you, we would not be able to deliver high-quality snacks to our customers. You will operate and maintain equipment to build technical expertise and achieve safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals—understanding losses in your area and taking appropriate actions to eliminate them. You will apply autonomous and progressive maintenance standards to maintain equipment and support new product development. In this role, you will ensure compliance with safety procedures, execution of quality assurance activities, and proper allocation and availability of resources during your shift. You will take leadership for maintenance shutdowns, root cause analysis, loss reduction analysis, and breakdown elimination.

* Autonomous Maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems and Progressive Maintenance (PM) Step 3 systems
* Independent basic-condition equipment maintenance, including execution of AM & PM standards (breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance) on specialized equipment
* Total Productive Maintenance and Six Sigma, including qualification for AM Steps 5–6 and PM Step 3
* Leading line teams
* Handling challenging interpersonal situations diplomatically
* Influencing people in a collaborative environment
* Communicating effectively both verbally and in writing, with strong attention to detail
**Responsibilities**
* Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on Atlas Copco industrial compressors.
* Conduct mechanical, pneumatic, and electromechanical diagnostics on compressed air systems.
Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble components such as compressor elements, valves, bearings, and filters.
* Monitor equipment performance and efficiency, identifying opportunities for improvement and increased reliability.
* Interpret technical drawings, manuals, and maintenance procedures.
Perform alignment, lubrication, component replacement, and operational adjustments.
* Support failure analysis and action plans to reduce downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
**Requirements**
* Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
* Solid experience in industrial compressor maintenance, preferably Atlas Copco ZR and ZT series.
* Knowledge of screw compressors, dryers, compressed air networks, and auxiliary systems.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Desirable knowledge of vibration analysis and predictive inspection.
Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
**Preferred Qualifications**
Atlas Copco certifications or training.
Experience with SAP
Knowledge of NR-10, NR-12, and NR-35.
Previous experience in large-scale manufacturing industry.
