Description:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields;
* Experience managing retail CDs with high-volume operations and multiple shifts;
* Experience managing outsourced teams and logistics operators;
* Knowledge of WMS, TMS, and logistics management systems;
* Experience with automated or semi-automated logistics operations;
* Strong leadership skills, ability to make decisions under pressure, and systemic view of logistics operations;
* Solid knowledge of logistics KPIs, productivity analysis, SLA management, and continuous improvement.
* Easy access to the CD located in: Cabo de Santo Agostinho \- Pernambuco.
* Implement the Pernambuco CD operation and design the entire process;
* Manage all CD operations: receiving, verification, storage, picking, shipping, and inventory, with focus on performance, quality, and safety;
* Directly lead the in-house team and manage outsourced operations conducted by the logistics operator;
* Ensure timely supply to physical stores, CDs, and logistics hubs (per agreed SLAs), ensuring high service level (OTIF);
* Monitor and analyze CD operational and financial indicators, proposing continuous improvements for productivity gains, efficiency, and cost reduction;
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement, leading initiatives for process review, standardization, waste reduction, and productivity enhancement;
* Control achievement of operational targets and standards in a multichannel environment, focusing on agility and accuracy;
* Coordinate shift-based operations, ensuring smoothness and continuity across all process stages;
* Collaborate with Logistics Planning, Transportation, Commercial, Sourcing, and IT departments to ensure strategic and operational alignment;
* Ensure proper use of the Manhattan WMS system, promoting inventory accuracy and full traceability of all product movements;
* Monitor, implement, and evolve logistics automation projects (e.g., sorters, conveyors, automated picking systems) to achieve scale, efficiency, and operational standardization;
* Ensure compliance with occupational safety, ergonomics, and applicable legislation, safeguarding team integrity and operational safety;
* Actively participate in contractual management and performance evaluation of the partner logistics operator, utilizing KPIs and implementing improvement plans.
