As a Field Support Intern in Recife, you will be the right-hand support for our Specialists. Your role will be critical in ensuring asset availability and excellence in customer service. Here, you will have an active voice and learn to manage a field operation end-to-end—from technical execution to strategic presentation of results. Your key responsibilities include: * Technical Support: Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance directly in the field. * Monitoring and Management: Track and update operational performance indicators (KPIs). * Strategic Communication: Draft technical and informational communications for end customers regarding activity status. * Documentation: Organize visit reports, maintenance checklists, and activity planning. * Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in root cause analyses to prevent recurrence of failures. **Requirements:** * Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production), Maintenance Technology, or related fields. * Location: Recife * Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google tools. * Technology: Ability to use Artificial Intelligence for task optimization. * Communication: Excellent writing skills (essential for customer interaction). * Preferred Qualifications: Prior knowledge of maintenance management tools or technical documentation reading. **About You:** We seek a hands-on individual with genuine curiosity and passion for solving complex problems.
