Since then, it has consistently believed in and developed the potential of its technical and administrative staff, achieving the milestone in 1980 of becoming a 100% Brazilian-owned company. We specialize in providing services using oil and natural gas production rigs (onshore and offshore). Over the years, Perbras has expanded its service portfolio, executing operations across all regions of Brazil in diverse segments of the oil production chain, delivering complementary services, and strengthening its market presence through partnerships with numerous engineering and oil & gas companies. Perbras currently maintains its headquarters in Catu, Bahia—approximately 80 km from Salvador, the state capital—reflecting its social responsibility toward regional economic development. However, it also operates branches in Rio de Janeiro, Espírito Santo, Sergipe, Rio Grande do Norte, Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, Ceará, and Pará. **Oil Production Rigs (OPRs) – Business Units** The first activity undertaken by Perbras was onshore operations using OPRs—Onshore Production Rigs—which remains the core technical specialty of the company. Over the years, its technical staff has been continuously motivated, trained, and developed across diverse disciplines to meet the multifaceted demands of clients, markets, and society. We operate Onshore Production Rigs with capacities ranging from 60,000 lb to 300,000 lb, capable of performing any type of intervention in oil and natural gas wells, adhering to principles of Quality, Safety, and Environmental Protection. **Other Services (OS) – Business Units** By the late 1990s, having already established itself as a leader in the Brazilian OPR market, Perbras decided to expand its service portfolio by offering additional services throughout the petroleum industry value chain. Its first contract for Well Logging and Dynamometer services—measuring production levels and diagnosing sucker rods and well pumps—was launched under the name “Other Services” to distinguish it from the company’s primary business. “Other Services” enabled Perbras to serve Petrobras and other clients across diverse sectors, challenging its technical and managerial teams to continually acquire new skills and knowledge while maintaining the same high quality already proven in the OPR market. Some of the services provided by Perbras include: * Maintenance and assembly of onshore and offshore equipment; * Hot oil and hot water circulation in wells; * Steam circulation in wells and facilities (mobile boiler); * Flow rate measurement in injection and water intake wells; * QSMS services; * Industrial assembly; * Sandblasting and painting; * Thermal insulation; * Slickline unit (onshore and offshore); * Well logging and dynamometer recording; * Complementary offshore platform operations; * Support at oil and natural gas port terminals; * Flow meter verification and calibration; * Planning, control, and mechanical maintenance of dynamic equipment; * Support for vessel and rescue operations on offshore platforms, etc. **Perbras Integrated Management System** Perbras currently holds certifications based on NBR ISO 9001 (Quality), OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety), and NBR ISO 14001 (Environmental Management). We are certified by the American Petroleum Institute (API) under API 4F as manufacturers of Oil Production Rigs. Perbras provides on-demand services for drilling, production, and maintenance of oil wells and related activities—with or without equipment supply—as well as maintenance of equipment used in such operations. We adopt an integrated approach to Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Management to achieve our objectives, and commit to: * Delivering services with quality and integrity, meeting contractual requirements of our clients; * Promoting awareness and engagement among employees regarding the Integrated Management System (IMS); * Proactively safeguarding employee health, safety, and quality of life; * Preventing pollution and protecting the environment by minimizing the impacts of our processes and services; * Complying with applicable legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements of interested parties; * Continuously improving IMS performance. Adherence to this Policy and evaluation of the IMS are essential to PERBRAS’ long-term success, competitive position, reputation, profitability, and achievement of customer and employee satisfaction.
