Job Summary: Internship for Gastronomy students, assisting with ingredient preparation, dish assembly, recipe development, kitchen organization, and inventory management. Key Highlights: 1. Learn culinary techniques from the team Internship for **Gastronomy students**; * **Stipend:** BRL 800.00 \+ BRL 200.00 monthly transportation allowance * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a 30-minute break (30 hours per week). * **Location:** Pina/Recife; * **Responsibilities:** Assist in ingredient preparation and dish assembly; Participate in recipe and menu development; Help organize and clean the kitchen; Observe and learn from the team’s culinary techniques; Ensure quality and presentation of served dishes; Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies.
