Job Summary: Manage construction sites, performing daily, weekly, and financial control; anticipate deviations; and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. Inclusive culture and innovative solutions in Engineering and Construction You will join the **Construction Team**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Full-time site management * Daily execution of VAR (Verification of Compliance with Requirements) and DO (Site Diary) * Preparation of Fast’s standard weekly report * Verification and validation of execution procedures, approved materials, and scope on site * Anticipate deviations from objectives and propose solutions with a cost-benefit-quality-timeline-value-safety perspective * Conduct weekly construction control and planning using Lean Construction principles * Perform economic control related to actions under your responsibility * Budget analysis and supplier negotiation * Follow Group Método’s procedures and contribute to their continuous improvement * Comply with applicable environmental operational controls for your area of activity * Responsible for maintaining up-to-date records of site actions **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and AutoCAD is desirable; * Active CREA or CAU registration. **Additional Information** Swile Card \- Flexible Benefits Total Pass Partnerships with Postgraduate, Extension, and Language Education Institutions Corporate University At Grupo Método, we work to foster an inclusive culture.
