Develop Generative AI and automation solutions using LLMs Grupo Raymundo da Fonte is establishing its new Innovation Area and seeks a **Data \& AI Analyst** to join this transformation initiative. You will be among the first members of the area, enjoying technical autonomy, direct access to leadership, and strategic visibility across the group. **Responsibilities and Duties*** **Strategy and Initiative Management** o Lead and execute Data \& AI projects, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and technical feasibility o Identify opportunities for applying AI and automation in business processes, translating operational challenges into data-driven solutions o Research emerging technologies, propose new use cases, and conduct proofs of concept (PoCs) * **Analysis and Insight Generation** o Explore and analyze data to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, generating strategic insights to support decision-making o Present recommendations clearly to both technical and business stakeholders * **Solution Development and Implementation** o Develop Generative AI and automation solutions using LLMs, LangChain, and AI agents o Define requirements and support building AI-powered products and features, from prototype to deployment o Design and implement integrations between legacy systems and new digital solutions via APIs o Support development of intelligent tools (e.g., Power Platform, AI tools) * **Collaboration and Alignment** o Work closely with technical teams (engineering, data, product) and business areas (e.g., Marketing, Sales, R\&D, IT), ensuring alignment and execution o Empower teams with adopted tools and technologies **Requirements and Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Minimum 3 years of experience in technology roles; * Intermediate English (reading, writing, speaking); * Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban); * Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills; * Familiarity with AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc. * Experience with LLMs, RAG, and frameworks such as LangChain/OpenAI * Knowledge of APIs, data pipelines, and MCP; * Familiarity with BI tools, data analysis, and automation. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in digital transformation or innovation projects * Postgraduate degree or specialized courses in relevant areas * Experience with agile methodologies or project management * Participation in personal projects, hackathons, or tech-related initiatives * Interest in process optimization, capacity planning, and operational efficiency * Knowledge of no-code/low-code automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) * Proficiency in Python * Database knowledge (Supabase and similar). * Cloud certification: Azure (AI Engineer), AWS (ML), or GCP **Additional Information*** Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Cafeteria; * Product kit from GRF brands; * WellHub; * Profit-sharing program (PPR) and other group benefits.
