Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Staff member to implement and evolve construction processes, ensure WCM and Lean Construction standards, and support improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Support identification and implementation of improvements We seek professionals to serve as Construction Staff, contributing to the implementation and evolution of construction processes on-site. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with standards defined by WCM and Lean Construction methodologies, as well as supporting the identification and implementation of process improvements. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure adherence to WCM and Lean Construction standards within the pilot cell; * Propose and monitor improvements in construction processes; * Conduct tests, analyses, and validations of improvements in field activities; * Collaborate with the Process Engineering team for technical monitoring of work fronts; * Contribute to standardization and evolution of construction processes across projects. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering undergraduate program, from the 5th semester onward; * Minimum 6 months of experience in the field. **Preferred Qualification** * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering. **Benefits** * Transportation allowance; * Meal/food allowance; * Day off; * PPR (Profit Sharing Program); * Education incentive; * Internal events; * Flexible maternity leave; * Support from the PIPA Institute.
