




Job Summary: A professional responsible for supervising and performing maintenance tasks, managing teams, and coordinating operational and administrative activities within the department. Key Highlights: 1. Team management and supervision of maintenance routines 2. Coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance 3. Planning and delivery of training for employees 1. Supervise the execution of preventive and corrective service orders (OS’s); 2. Submit warehouse requisitions; 3. Withdraw materials from the warehouse according to demand for performed activities; 4. Request quotations for external services; 5. Supervise third-party suppliers during activity execution; 6. Respond to maintenance requests submitted by the condominium; 7. Monitor the operation of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (ETE) and Water Treatment Plant (ETA); 8. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance under contracts executed by third parties; 9. Supervise daily routines performed by maintenance staff; 10. Conduct experience and performance evaluations of subordinates; 11. Record employee attendance in the time-tracking system; 12. Plan employee training sessions; 13. Prepare incident reports for any incidents occurring in the condominium; 14. Plan employee vacation schedules; 15. Initiate Non-Conformance Reports (RNC’s) for the maintenance department; 16. Responsible for delivering training based on employee competency matrices; 17. Update quality management system documentation for the maintenance department; 18. Use radio communication devices to communicate with the team.
