**Responsibilities and duties**
Conduct audits, assessments, and continuous improvement of operational and administrative processes at carrier transshipment hubs, ensuring adherence to operational standards, risk control, logistical efficiency, loss reduction, and compliance with internal and external regulations across nationwide operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct operational and process audits at transshipment hubs, branches, and logistics partners throughout the national territory.
* Assess process compliance with internal procedures, SLAs, corporate policies, and legal requirements.
* Map operational flows (receiving, sorting, warehousing, cross-docking, loading, and distribution).
* Identify operational failures, process deviations, bottlenecks, and operational risks.
* Analyze KPIs such as damages, losses, productivity, dwell time, and lead time.
* Prepare technical audit reports with evidence, diagnostics, and structured action plans.
* Monitor implementation and effectiveness of action plans in collaboration with local and regional leadership.
* Act as an agent of continuous improvement, disseminating best operational practices across units.
* Support standardization of processes between owned and outsourced hubs.
* Conduct on-site and remote audits, depending on operational criticality.
Technical Competencies
* Operational and logistics process auditing
* Knowledge of road freight transportation operations
* Experience in transshipment hubs, logistics hubs, and cross-docking
* Process mapping and redesign (flowcharts)
* Analysis of operational KPIs
* Knowledge of:
* Damage and loss control
* Operational risk management
* Logistics costs and productivity
* Preparation of managerial and executive reports
* Knowledge of standards and best practices:
* ISO 9001 (preferred)
* Operational compliance
* Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency (data analysis)
* Familiarity with TMS, WMS, or logistics ERP systems (preferred)
**Requirements and qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
A postgraduate degree or MBA in Logistics, Process Management, Quality, Auditing, or related areas will be considered a plus.
