**Description and Responsibilities:**

**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
* Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities on industrial mechanical equipment, ensuring availability, reliability, and safety of production processes.
* Conduct diagnosis and analysis of mechanical failures in presses, sheet metal working equipment, blow molding machines, and auxiliary systems.
* Assemble, disassemble, adjust, and align mechanical assemblies, including transmissions, gearboxes, bearings, rolling elements, shafts, and couplings.
* Perform maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including valves, cylinders, pumps, hoses, and hydraulic power units.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, proposing solutions to increase reliability, reduce recurring failures, and optimize maintenance time.
* Basic knowledge of stamping presses and KUKA and COMAU robots.
* Collaborate closely with production, electrical, automation, and engineering teams to ensure asset stability and performance.
**Requirements:**
* Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields.
* Proven experience in industrial mechanical maintenance.
* Knowledge of reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, technical catalogs, and manufacturer manuals.
* Experience with industrial hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
* Knowledge of alignment techniques, mechanical adjustments, and wear analysis.
* Ability to use hand tools and mechanical measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, among others).
