Update and verify material movement records in the system. Assist in conducting both cyclical and periodic inventories. Collect, organize, and enter information into Supply Chain dashboards. Maintain up-to-date logistics performance indicators, such as inventory levels, lead time, orders fulfilled, among others. Provide support in data analysis and preparation of reports to aid decision-making. Monitor material receiving and dispatch. Contribute to order and delivery tracking. Provide support in verifying fiscal documents and transportation processes. Assist in communication with suppliers to ensure alignment on deadlines and deliveries. Monitor order status and report any deviations identified. Collaborate with the team on the continuous improvement of logistics processes.
