Team management and professional development **Position:** Industrial Manager **Location:** Paulista – PE **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage the entire industrial operation (slaughtering, cutting, packaging, shipping); * Ensure achievement of production and yield targets; * Reduce losses and waste in the production process; * Control industrial costs (COGS, raw materials, labor); * Lead teams (foremen, supervisors, production staff); * Monitor daily KPIs and propose improvements; * Ensure compliance with sanitary regulations and quality standards; * Collaborate with maintenance to prevent production stoppages; * Plan production according to commercial demand; * Resolve operational issues in real time; * Support audits and regulatory inspections; * Train and develop team members. **Requirements and Competencies:** * Proven experience in industrial operations management; * Ability to plan, control, and optimize production; * Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs), such as productivity, yield, losses, and industrial costs; * Proficiency in production processes, quality control, and sanitary regulations; * Knowledge of industrial cost management and raw material control; * Familiarity with preventive and corrective industrial maintenance; * Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar preferred); * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis; * Must reside in Paulista, Abreu e Lima, Igarassu, or Goiana. **Working Hours:** * 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM\. **Salary:** * R$8\.000,00 \+ variable; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$8\.000,00 \- R$8\.000,01 per month Work Location: On-site
