Job Summary: A professional to optimize delivery processes, route planning, monitoring, and logistics KPI analysis, ensuring safety and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Delivery monitoring and delay tracking MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Query all orders entered into the system, process the data, consolidate the order code with the customer's store, and forward them to the Routeasy system for subsequent route planning; Receive a map from Routeasy showing the required locations and organize the route based on truck capacity, franchisee-specific requirements, route-specific constraints, aiming to optimize the delivery process; Assign the truck license plate to the corresponding route; Generate a manifest report listing routes assigned to each truck, then generate a load map report and enter it into the Totvs system, which subsequently consolidates orders with trucks; Print the order picking map and forward it to the Shipping Department; Prepare the cover sheet containing the vehicle license plate, report printing date, and number of orders, then forward it to the Shipping Department; Analyze KPIs daily to improve processes, evaluating truck utilization rate, customer-specific requirements, inventory balance, revenue based on routed boxes, freight costs (third-party and owned fleet), etc.; Monitor all deliveries via the Frotix system to address potential delays; Perform all tasks in accordance with Safety and Quality standards.
