Professional demeanor, courtesy, and commitment #### **About the position:** We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Commis Waiter to join our team and ensure excellence in service to our guests. The Commis Waiter plays a vital role in supporting the waitstaff team, contributing to dining area organization and service efficiency, guaranteeing that each guest’s experience is flawless and memorable. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Assist in setting up and clearing tables, organizing cutlery, glasses, plates, and other utensils. * Restock essential items on tables, such as napkins, condiments, and bread. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. * Support waitstaff during service by serving water and bread, and removing soiled plates and glasses from tables. * Polish cutlery and glasses to ensure they are immaculate for use. * Transport dishes and utensils to the pantry/kitchen for washing. * Ensure replenishment of work materials at service stations. * Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and harmonious service flow. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed elementary education. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * Proactivity, agility, and attention to detail. * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Professional demeanor, courtesy, and friendliness. * Commitment to workplace hygiene and organization. #### **Desirable requirements (advantage):** * Prior experience as a Commis Waiter or in restaurants/bars. * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling standards. * Training in hospitality or gastronomy. #### **Benefits:** #### **Work schedule and working hours:** .
