If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Ensuring timely completion of loading for Route vehicles, DA \- Authorized Distributor vehicles, and TR \- Transfer vehicles, in accordance with quality and safety standards; * Ensuring quality and efficiency during the receipt of Route, Transfer, or Supplier trucks, aiming for accuracy in both physical and accounting quantities, as well as maximum product availability; * Ensuring production reporting accurately reflects physical receipt, maintaining discipline in performing the second verification of shift-reported items to guarantee accurate reporting and minimize inventory discrepancies; * Ensuring products are handled according to the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) policy to prevent product loss due to expiration; * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, proactively preventing risks and promoting a safe working environment; * Ensuring compliance with food safety, warehouse cleanliness, and organization requirements to safeguard product quality and optimize warehouse utilization efficiency; * Safeguarding company assets to prevent damage and extend their useful life; * Complying with and enforcing guidelines related to the IMS \- Integrated Management System: Food Safety, Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment; * Developing the team by transferring organizational, behavioral, and technical competencies required to perform tasks and support employee development. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Experience in logistics operations; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. #### **It’s a Plus If You:** * Have hands-on experience in vehicle loading and unloading operations; * Are proficient in warehouse management processes and routines; * Have experience leading medium- to large-scale operational teams. **Additional Information** #### **See Some Other Benefits of Being Solar:** For your health and safety: * Health insurance plan with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine services covering multiple specialties, including telepsychology; * Dental insurance plan; * Emotional Well-being Program; * Wellhub (gym network); * Life insurance.
