We seek a professional with **strong analytical capability, business vision, and experience in operational management**, particularly in **outsourcing environments or operations involving large numbers of employees**. This position will play a fundamental role in **organizing operational demands, analyzing performance indicators, and monitoring contract staffing levels**, directly contributing to delivery quality and the financial health of operations.
