Here, you will be responsible for maintaining excellence in payroll processes and supporting various areas of the Human Resources Department, ensuring continuity and quality in deliverables. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What will you do daily?** * Manage onboarding, offboarding, vacation, and leave processes, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and guaranteeing an organized and humanized experience for employees. * Manage and verify electronic timekeeping records, supporting payroll processing and generating banking files accurately and responsibly. * Administer benefits such as transportation vouchers (VT), meal vouchers (VR), health insurance, and other legal obligations, ensuring control, agility, and efficient support to employees. * Prepare reports and accruals (vacation and 13th salary), providing consistent data to support strategic decisions by leadership. * Apply an analytical and proactive approach to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, standardization, and optimization of departmental processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To succeed in this position, you need:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields; * Prior experience in Payroll; * Knowledge of Human Resources management systems; * Experience in Human Resources, preferably within a BPO environment; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Nice-to-have skills:** * Familiarity with digital HR tools; * Proactivity in process improvement or automation projects. **Attitudes and behaviors that make all the difference:** Organization and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in deliverables; Ability to adapt and take on different processes as needed; Clear communication and empathy in interactions with colleagues and clients; Curiosity and constant willingness to learn. **Additional Information** **\#WeArePeople** — we support and value our employees!
