We are seeking a **Manufacturing Supervisor** for the afternoon shift, with cross-functional responsibilities across the plant. This professional will serve as the on-site leader during the afternoon shift, responsible for ensuring the technical autonomy of the team and the smooth operation of all activities. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the operational team in bottling and preparation areas. * Develop the team’s technical autonomy, driving performance improvement. * Make independent technical decisions to ensure uninterrupted operations. * Implement maintenance practices, TPM, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Act as the liaison between leadership and operations, promoting the team’s technical development. **What We Are Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering; degrees in related fields are also acceptable. * Solid technical experience with direct involvement in operations, technical problem-solving, and team leadership in industrial environments. * Proven experience in manufacturing settings, preferably within the beverage or consumer goods industry.
