This professional will serve as the on-shift leadership presence, responsible for ensuring the team’s technical autonomy and the smooth operation of all activities. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead operational teams in bottling and preparation areas. * Develop the team’s technical autonomy, driving performance improvement. * Make independent technical decisions to ensure operational continuity. * Implement maintenance practices, TPM, Lean, and continuous improvement. * Act as the liaison between leadership and operations, fostering the team’s technical development. **What We Are Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, with flexibility for related disciplines. * Solid technical experience with direct involvement in operations, technical problem-solving, and team leadership in industrial environments. * Proven experience in manufacturing settings, preferably within the beverage or consumer goods industries.
