Responsibilities * Assist in candidate recruitment and selection * Support the onboarding of new employees * Assist in the development of training and development programs * Contribute to the implementation of compensation and benefits policies * Assist in performance management and employee evaluation * Participate in organizational culture projects and initiatives Requirements * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields * Basic knowledge of Human Resources processes * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Organized and proactive * Availability to intern 30 hours per week
