Translate corporate objectives into people management strategies that drive growth, engagement, and operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** **1\. Strategic People Planning** * Develop and implement the annual HR plan aligned with the company’s strategic plan. * Establish HR performance indicators (KPIs) focused on turnover, absenteeism, engagement, productivity, and organizational climate. * Act as a business partner to leadership teams, supporting decisions related to organizational structure, team sizing, and succession planning. **2\. Talent and Performance Management** * Implement and manage performance evaluation cycles and structured feedback processes. * Develop learning paths and training programs aligned with the business’s strategic competencies. * Design job architecture, salary structures, and variable compensation policies tied to performance. **3\. Culture and Engagement** * Reinforce a results-oriented, ethical, and collaborative organizational culture. * Conduct climate surveys and implement resulting action plans. * Lead internal communication initiatives and employer branding programs. **4\. Strategic Recruitment and Selection** * Ensure attraction of talent aligned with the organization’s culture and goals. * Build and maintain a talent pool and develop succession plans. **5\. Governance and Labor Compliance** * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. * Oversee payroll, benefits, and labor relations processes with a strategic and preventive perspective. **6\. Team Leadership** * Coordinate the HR team, fostering technical and behavioral development. * Set clear goals and cultivate a high-performance culture within the department.
