This is your moment—come be **\#IN**! **Responsibilities and Duties** **On a daily basis, you will:** * Provide support to employees, clarifying doubts regarding personnel administration and HR Operations (DHO) processes. * Carry out full onboarding and offboarding processes. * Monitor admission and return-to-work medical examinations. * Manage employees’ electronic timekeeping system. * Conduct absenteeism interviews and register medical certificates. * Support recruitment and selection processes. * Deliver targeted refresher training sessions. * Attend daily morning and monthly meetings. * Support and execute internal communication activities and action plans related to surveys. * Work in compliance with occupational safety and health regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need?** * Education: Technical degree in Administration, HR, or related fields; * Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Administration, HR, Psychology, or related fields * Generalist HR experience * Specific Knowledge: * Microsoft Office Suite * Intermediate Excel * Personnel Administration * HR Operations (Recruitment & Selection, and Training & Development) * Labor Legislation * Integrated Systems – ERP **Additional Information** **Benefits that care for you at every stage of life!** At **Imediato Nexway**, we believe your quality of life is essential.
