Let’s build the future of luxury hospitality together! **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Maintain and enhance the beauty of gardens. * Perform pruning, planting, fertilization, and irrigation of plants. * Keep hotel green areas clean and organized. * Identify plant pests and diseases and apply appropriate treatments. * Collaborate with other gardening and landscaping professionals. * Operate brush cutters. * Tend the herb garden daily. * Request necessary materials from the responsible department. **Requirements and Qualifications:** ------------------------------- * Prior experience as a gardener is desirable. * Knowledge of gardening techniques, landscaping, and green area maintenance is desirable. * Ability to identify various types of plants, flowers, and trees. * Proficiency in operating gardening equipment such as lawn mowers and sprayers. * Attention to detail and refined aesthetic sense. * Proactivity. * Dynamism and agility. * Organization. * Ability to work in a team and follow hotel guidelines. * Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. **Additional Information:** --------------------------- * Guesthouse cafeteria; * Airfare (Recife x Fernando de Noronha upon hiring and during vacations); * Health insurance; * Shared accommodation; * Laundry service; * Dental plan; * Life insurance; * Vacation every 6 months; * Day Off (one (01) day off during the birthday month) **Hiring Process Stages:** ---------------------- * Registration * Chat with HR * Chat with Leadership * Approval + Offer Letter * Hiring **Our Work Philosophy:** -------------------------------- We value a collaborative and inclusive workplace where open communication is essential.
