Job Summary: Engage with customers to conduct collection activities, negotiate debts, and resolve financial issues, while promoting improvements in customer experience. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professionals pursuing a bachelor's degree This is a temporary position with a 9-month contract and immediate start. **Your responsibilities in this role:** Manage customer relationships by conducting collection activities, negotiating debts, monitoring delinquency, resolving financial issues, supporting NPS implementation, and promoting improvements in customer experience in collaboration with internal departments. **Minimum Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in **Business Administration, Commercial Management, Business Processes, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, or related fields focused on business, customer service, and financial management**. * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in collection activities, debt negotiation, and customer service/relationship management. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. **What We Offer:** * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * PPR (Profit-Sharing Program) * Day Off * Education Incentive * External Partnerships with Companies * Internal Events * Flexible Maternity Leave * Support from the PIPA Institute We also welcome applications from **PwD (People with Disabilities)**.
