Job Summary: An IT professional responsible for IT infrastructure support, monitoring, system management, user support, and participation in IT projects. Key Highlights: 1. Work in Cloud Computing environments and projects **Responsibilities:** * Provide support for IT infrastructure; * Monitor computing infrastructure and assess capacity, recommending appropriate equipment sizing to meet future demands; * Manage, specify, update, and maintain essential files required for software and hardware operation and maintenance; * Provide user support and training; * Respond to service requests, incidents, and resolve issues; * Perform configurations and install new software versions; * Execute scheduled operations on the infrastructure, including management of services such as Active Directory (AD), DNS, and DHCP; * Work in Cloud Computing environments; * Execute, document, and monitor new projects. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields; * Knowledge of Winthor ERP. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Completed or ongoing postgraduate studies; * Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence (B.I.) platforms; * Experience with SQL and ETL processes; * Knowledge of programming languages JavaScript and Python; * Familiarity with business areas of a distribution company (finance, taxation, accounting, logistics, and sales).
