Description: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields; * Previous experience in financing, credit, capex, or banking relationships; * Knowledge of financial analysis, transaction structuring, and contracts; * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. Main responsibilities for this position: * Manage banking relationships and prospect new financial transactions; * Analyze financial conditions and structure credit operations; * Lead the financing contracting process, ensuring alignment with the Company’s and its units’ Capex planning. * Collaborate with business units to identify needs and structure financing arrangements; * Work jointly with internal departments (Legal, Accounting, Controller, etc.) on matters related to contracts, procedures, and governance; * Perform periodic controls and reporting on contracting schedules and the status of financial operations. 2512200202551929385
