Working with conversion and revenue targets JOB POSTING – CLOSER SALESPERSON | LABOR LAW FIRM Location: Imbiribeira – Recife/PE Work Mode: On-site Employment Type: Independent Contractor (PJ) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, during business hours Compensation * Monthly fixed salary: R$ 2.000,00; * Variable compensation based on sales and achieved targets; * Expected earnings between R$ 2.500,00 and R$ 3.500,00 or more, depending on performance. About the Opportunity A nationally operating labor law firm is seeking a Closer Salesperson to join its commercial team. The role will be exclusively dedicated to sales and contract closing. The professional will receive leads interested in the firm’s legal services and will be responsible for managing negotiations, presenting the firm’s solutions, clarifying commercial questions, and finalizing contracts. Main Responsibilities * Responding to leads interested in the firm’s legal services; * Conducting commercial outreach via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels; * Identifying the potential client’s needs; * Presenting legal services clearly, ethically, and consultatively; * Leading negotiations and overcoming objections; * Performing follow-ups with leads in the decision-making process; * Closing contracts and tracking commercial targets; * Recording and updating negotiations in the CRM; * Working with conversion, closing, and revenue targets. Requirements * Experience in sales and contract closing; * Strong communication, persuasive argumentation, and negotiation skills; * Persuasive, proactive, and results-oriented profile; * Comfort working with targets and variable compensation; * Organizational skills to track negotiations and perform follow-ups; * Basic knowledge of digital tools and CRM systems. Preferred Qualifications * Experience as a Closer; * Experience selling services; * Experience in the legal sector or at a law firm; * Knowledge of consultative selling and objection-handling techniques. Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
