Focus on conversion and revenue targets with variable compensation JOB POSTING – CLOSER SALES REPRESENTATIVE \| LABOR LAW FIRM Location: Imbiribeira – Recife/PE Work Mode: In-person Employment Type: Independent Contractor (PJ) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, during business hours Compensation * Monthly fixed salary: BRL 2,000.00; * Variable compensation based on sales and achieved targets; * Expected earnings between BRL 2,500.00 and BRL 3,500.00 or more, depending on performance. About the Opportunity A nationally operating labor law firm is seeking a Closer Sales Representative to join its commercial team. The role will be exclusively focused on sales and contract closing. The professional will receive leads interested in the firm’s legal services and will be responsible for conducting negotiations, presenting the firm’s legal solutions, clarifying commercial questions, and finalizing contracts. Main Responsibilities * Attend to leads interested in the firm’s legal services; * Conduct commercial outreach via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels; * Identify the potential client’s needs; * Present legal services clearly, ethically, and consultatively; * Conduct negotiations and overcome objections; * Perform follow-ups with leads in the decision-making process; * Close contracts and monitor commercial targets; * Record and update negotiations in the CRM; * Work toward conversion, closing, and revenue targets. Requirements * Experience in sales and contract closing; * Strong communication, argumentation, and negotiation skills; * Persuasive, proactive, and results-oriented profile; * Comfort working with targets and variable compensation; * Organizational skills to track negotiations and perform follow-ups; * Basic knowledge of digital tools and CRM systems. Preferred Qualifications * Experience as a Closer; * Experience selling services; * Experience in the legal sector or at a law firm; * Knowledge of consultative selling and objection-handling techniques. Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
