We are seeking a Junior Lawyer to join our team, contributing both to legal routines and to legal controller and internal management activities. Responsibilities * Support the firm's legal operations by drafting legal documents under the supervision of mid-level and senior lawyers; * Conduct case law and doctrinal research; * Monitor procedural deadlines and organize documents and information with clients; * Assist the legal controller team in managing publications, deadlines, and process registrations within the internal system; * Update and review information in legal systems (e.g., CPJ, Projuris or similar); * Help control the quality and verification of legal activities, ensuring compliance with the firm's standards; * Support communication between internal departments, promoting integration between legal and controller teams. Requirements * Completed Law degree; * Active OAB registration; * Minimum of 1 year of experience at a law firm; * Knowledge of legal routines and/or controller functions; * Proficiency in Office suite and familiarity with legal software; * Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in medium or large-sized law firms; * Prior experience in legal controller activities; * Organized, proactive profile with strong interpersonal communication skills.
