Opportunity to propose continuous improvements and interface with the technical department An engineering company specializing in energy is seeking a Welder professional in Ipojuca (Centro). STEAG is an energy-sector company focusing on sustainable and efficient solutions. With an innovative approach, it aims to contribute to the energy transition and environmental protection. **Responsibilities:** Perform welding tasks on metal parts and components using appropriate techniques and equipment specific to various material types. Carry out preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance through welding. Follow technical drawings and specifications. Finish and clean welded parts. Propose continuous improvements by identifying opportunities for part enhancements and adaptations. Interface with the technical department for possible adjustments. Cut, sand, trim, bevel, and deburr parts, structures, and equipment as needed prior to welding application. Install valves, filters, flanges, and other piping components. Comply with and ensure integrity, compliance, and company HSE standards and procedures, as well as applicable regulations. Previous experience as Assembler, Welding Operator, Welding Technician, or Metalworker may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. **Desired Qualifications:** **Education:** Completed elementary school **Experience:** Relevant experience required **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: 3\.770,00 * Benefits disclosed during the interview stage. **Additional Information:** * Contract: Temporary \- On-site. * Duration: Full-time * Schedule: Monday to Thursday, from 07:30 to 17:30\.
