General Services Assistant (PCD)

Description

Job Summary: A cleaning professional responsible for maintaining, organizing, and sanitizing various areas of the shopping mall, including offices, the mall concourse, the food court, and glass surfaces. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cleaning and organizing various areas of the shopping mall 2. Maintaining the food court and disposing of waste 3. Cleaning glass surfaces and supporting the cleaning team 1\. Clean and organize the cleaning team's material storage room in the shopping mall; 2\. Clean trash bins, benches, service counters, kiosks, columns, signs, fire hydrants, planters, and other items located throughout the mall; 3\. Wash and clean offices of various departments within the shopping mall (e.g., warehouse, post office, CERES, supervisors, and third-party vendors); 4\. Maintain administrative blocks of the shopping mall; 5\. Refill mineral water in drinking fountains under the shopping mall's responsibility; 6\. Transport materials used by the shopping mall; 7\. Clean and maintain the shopping mall's food court, collect trays and plates from tenants, clean tables and chairs, organize support carts, and deliver collected items to the Tray Central; 8\. Dispose of food court-related waste, sort tenant materials at designated locations, and collect waste bags for delivery to the Waste Central; 9\. Collect waste from all internal trash bins as well as from restrooms, and dispose of it appropriately at the Waste Central; 10\. Wash signs, buckets, carts, and other cleaning tools or shopping mall-owned equipment; 11\. Clean the shopping mall's facade glass, doors, and ACM structural elements; 12\. Wash and clean glass domes, entrances, and mall ceiling coves. 13\. Provide support to other cleaning department activities as needed. 14\. Use HT (portable communication radio) for improved team communication.
