In your daily work, you will: * Document and update ServiceNow application support scripts; * Join a team operating in a 24x7 monitoring shift, working remotely in coordination with the client’s monitoring team; * Handle, investigate, and resolve incidents and requests submitted by users; * Generate reports and perform configurations on the ServiceNow platform; * Maintain effective communication with requesters; * Respond promptly to service tickets and monitor assigned dashboards; * Ensure adherence to established support processes; *We believe in the strength of the talents we nurture.
