Your mission as a Support Analyst will be to ensure effective technical support to users of the company's systems, proactively resolving issues, clarifying doubts, and optimizing the use of system functionalities—especially in the Tax module—directly contributing to customer satisfaction and operational stability. Main responsibilities: Respond to tickets and requests related to the ERP system’s tax modules (e.g., invoice issuance, tax calculation, SPEDs, ancillary obligations). Assist in analyzing tax errors and guide customers on the correct usage of routines. Open, track, and close technical support tickets. Record and update the knowledge base with frequently asked questions and solutions to tax-related incidents. Perform functional testing on system updates related to the tax area. Collaborate with development and product teams to report inconsistencies or suggest improvements. Support the team on recurring tasks and participate in internal training sessions. Conduct more critical diagnostics involving tax configurations, systemic errors, and interpretations of tax rules. Support users in correctly applying the ERP’s tax functionalities, identifying opportunities to improve system usage. Mentor and supervise junior analysts in technical development and ticket resolution. Coordinate with product, development, and implementation teams to report bugs, propose improvements, and validate fixes. Document complex solutions and best practices for the knowledge base and internal processes. Conduct functional tests on system updates, focusing on fiscal and legal impacts. Ensure process compliance with applicable tax legislation, particularly regarding ancillary obligations. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, Law, Information Systems, or related fields. Functional expertise in the ERP system’s Tax module Tax configuration (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS/COFINS, etc.) Interpretation of tax rules and their application within the system Remote support techniques and ticket management Advanced Office suite proficiency Knowledge of networks and operating systems Database knowledge (PostgreSQL or similar) Experience with ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal, EFD\-Contribuições, etc.) Experience with version/update testing of tax systems Basic SQL knowledge for tax data analysis **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Technical or extension courses in Tax Legislation, Ancillary Obligations, Digital Fiscal Ledger, or related areas.
