It’s a strategic project that spans 24 municipalities, serves 815,000 people, and reaches approximately 250,000 customers along the banks of the São Francisco River, with headquarters in Petrolina. Join us in shaping the future—creating innovation, progress, and a legacy where it matters most. **Summary** Responsible for leading the financial planning cycle, budget control, performance analysis, and integrity of the company's economic and financial information. Acts as a strategic partner, providing visibility into results, projections, risks, and opportunities, as well as ensuring compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and audit requirements. This role is central to supporting business decisions, driving financial efficiency, and promoting governance and transparency in processes. **This position will be based in our Office in Petrolina, PE, Brazil in an full in person work model.** **Responsibilities** * Lead the financial planning process (budget, forecast, and long\-term plan), ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with the strategy. * Monitor economic and financial performance, analyzing deviations, risks, and opportunities, and providing recommendations to the board of directors. * Ensure the integrity, compliance, and governance of controlling processes, including internal policies, audits, and management closings. * Manage the team and coordinate interfaces with areas such as Value Creation, Accounting, FP\&A, Tax, Purchasing, Operations, and internal/external audits. **Requirements** * Solid experience in Controllership, Finance, FP\&A, or related areas, preferably in a medium/large corporate context. * Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, variance analysis, and economic\-financial performance indicators. * Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking.
