Collaborate to build and share valuable insights to fill gaps with creative ideas **What you’ll do daily:** * Lead Adobe Commerce (Magento) solution architecture, defining technical vision, architectural standards, and the evolutionary roadmap for B2B and B2C e-commerce platforms. * Design end-to-end architectures, including integrations with ERP, CRM, OMS, payment gateways, fraud prevention, PIM, and digital marketing tools. * Serve as the technical reference for development teams, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices, performance, security, scalability, and platform governance. * Translate business requirements into viable technical solutions, participating in pre-sales initiatives, discovery sessions, and scope definition with business and technology stakeholders. * Define architectural standards for API usage (REST and GraphQL), headless architectures, and composable commerce strategies within Adobe Commerce. * Review and approve technical documentation, architectural decisions, estimates, and rollout and migration strategies between versions or from legacy platforms to Adobe Commerce Cloud. * Support prioritization and evolution of the technical backlog, including technical debt, observability, performance, security, and scalability initiatives in collaboration with Product Owners and Scrum Masters. * Ensure platform monitoring, observability, and reliability, supporting diagnosis of critical incidents and leading continuous improvement plans. * Perform architecture governance by defining technical guidelines, extension standards, and usage of custom modules and third-party solutions within the Adobe Commerce ecosystem. * Contribute to the team’s technical development through code reviews, architecture sessions, and dissemination of best practices. **Required — What we’re looking for in the person joining our team?** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Proven experience serving as an Adobe Commerce / Magento Architect, Solution Architect, or in equivalent technical leadership roles on e-commerce platforms. * Demonstrated experience in large-scale e-commerce and digital solutions projects (B2B, B2C, or marketplace), with emphasis on high availability, performance, and scalability. * In-depth knowledge of core Adobe Commerce components, including catalog, cart, checkout, pricing and promotions, orders, payments, shipping, and customization/extensibility mechanisms. * Experience designing integrations using APIs, web services, messaging, or middleware, connecting Adobe Commerce to systems such as ERP, CRM, OMS, payment gateways, and marketing tools. * Practical knowledge of cloud architectures applied to Adobe Commerce (Cloud Service or IaaS), including security, observability, and scalability aspects. * Experience technically leading development teams, acting as a reference for Magento and PHP engineering best practices. * Ability to communicate effectively with business and technology teams, translating needs into technical solutions aligned with constraints and strategic objectives. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar) in digital transformation projects. * Availability to work in a hybrid model, with approximately 60% office presence (São Paulo or Florianópolis). * English proficiency for technical reading and interaction with international stakeholders and vendors. **Additionally, desirable knowledge:** ----------------------------------------- * Adobe Commerce / Magento certifications in technical or business tracks.
