Job: Operations Supervisor Description: We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our team. The professional will be responsible for supervising and supporting the operational team, ensuring achievement of goals and adherence to procedures. Responsibilities: * Supervise and support the operational team, ensuring goal achievement and procedural compliance. * Plan, organize, and assign daily operational tasks. * Monitor performance indicators and propose process improvements. * Ensure service quality and on-time delivery. * Conduct training, guidance, and feedback sessions for the team. * Manage work schedules, attendance, and employee productivity. * Resolve operational incidents and support decision-making. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and company policies. * Prepare managerial reports and track operational results. * Promote a collaborative and motivating work environment. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience supervising operational teams. * Knowledge of process management and performance indicators (KPIs). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. * Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and problem-solving capability. * Organizational skills, proactivity, and results orientation. * Decision-making ability and conflict management skills. * Flexibility to adjust working hours when necessary.
