Description

Job Summary: Monitor operations, support supervisors and team leaders, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to the implementation of new services and special operations. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring operations and ensuring adherence to scheduled trips 2. Supporting supervisors and team leaders with accurate information 3. Contributing to the implementation of new services and events Monitor operations by observing punctuality, regularity, and adherence to scheduled trips; Support the Supervisor and area team leaders by providing relevant information and data; Support and exemplify external controls in complying with regulations, as well as agreements and procedures established by the company, through personal conduct and support to operations teams; Support managers by promptly, accurately, and reliably providing them with information; Contribute to maintaining the operational service standard by monitoring the operations team; Contribute to implementing new services, executing events, and conducting special operations by supporting all stakeholders involved in the process. **Minimum Education Level:** High School (Secondary Education)
